I recently had the pleasure of creating a white paper on data protection issues within the events industry. It was commissioned by Reftech, an industry leader in technical registration systems for exhibitions, conferences and events.
Writing about data protection issues during a period of extraordinary uncertainty – with GDPR, Privacy Shield, and Brexit all being in the air at the time – was a challenge to say the least. Rather than letting it suffocate us, we decided to relax and take a general approach. The end result encourages events industry professionals to take a wider view of good data protection practice that goes beyond merely complying with various directives.
If you like the work I did in the white paper, you can hire me to write for you.
